Hi there, fellow cat parents! My name is Egor and I moved here to the US from Belarus with my tabby cat, Kachookas, who has been living with me for almost five years. It was a big move with lots of changes for him and me, but we have each other, so that helps! My normal job is in the field of engineering. I was working as a water supply engineer for about 10 years, and I am looking forward to finding a job in the same field here in the US, but for now, I thought I might offer some cat sitter services to other cat owners in my area. Egor was an absolute lifesaver for us during our vacation! Leaving our cats, especially our shy one, for 12 days was nerve-wracking, but Egor put us at ease from the start. The meet and greet assured us that our kitties were in good hands. Plus, he also gave very thoughtful tips for our trip as we were visiting one of his favorite places! Throughout our trip, he was fantastic with updates, treating us to loads of cute photos, ensuring our cats got their treats, love, playtime, and making sure their essentials like food, water, and the litter box were well taken care of. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
