My name is Rory and I was so fortunate to have Emma be my caretaker. I can be very shy and mostly hide under the bed. So each day after Emma put out fresh water and food and cleaned my litter box, she sat down across the room and we had a great chat. Every day she also sent my mom an incredibly detailed report and the most adorable photos and videos of me (if I do say so myself!). By the end of the week, I would wait for Emma on the couch because I trusted her and was excited to see her. Tell your mom to pick Emma! You’ll love her!

This was my first experience with a cat sitter and Meowtel, and I am soo impressed with Emma. I highly recommend her and would book her services again. Her updates were detailed and had plenty of pictures and videos. But the most important part, my cats absolutely looooved her, even my very shy cat warmed up to her very quickly. This was Emma’s and my first time working together and it couldn’t have gone better. First, we had a meet & greet that left me feeling really comfortable and assured. She asked all the right questions and had a friendly demeanor. Her visit with Mr. Biscuits went as expected. She messaged me on the app when she arrived, and sent a very thorough update message with pics and videos when the visit was over. I can’t overstate how much her reliability gave me comfort. 10/10 will reserve Emma again!

Emma was absolutely wonderful! We were gone for almost two weeks and Emma was so thoughtful and thorough in the care of our two cats. She provided detailed updates, great photos and videos, and was super communicative and responsive about everything. In our initial meet and greet, she asked great questions, some of which I hadn't thought about, that really spoke to her experience and thoughtfulness. She went above and beyond by alerting us that we needed to order some extra cat food and was kind enough to unpack the package we had delivered to our door. We were nervous to leave our cats for so long, but there was never any doubt in our minds that Emma was taking excellent care of them. She was also really lovely about helping us with some plant watering and other out of town tasks. I highly recommend Emma and will absolutely be booking her for our future cat sitting visits!

Emma went above and beyond as a sitter for my cat Krew. She made sure to ask all the appropriate questions and came in person to meet me and Krew ahead of my bookings. Emma was super friendly during the meet and greet and asked a lot of questions that showed she was invested in my cat. I was having a busy weekend and just needed someone to check in on my cat so he wouldn't be bored, and Emma was great about sending pictures of him being playful and affectionate (and he's usually not affectionate with strangers!).

Our second time having Emma take care of our cats went just as well as the first! They both remembered Emma from her first visit and were happy to see her. She provided great video and photo updates, giving us a chance to see that they were behaving like their usual selves every time she visited. All food, water and cleanliness needs were taken care of just as we asked.

Emma was so great! She was instantly friendly and made me feel comfortable. My kitties Koko and Meek warmed up to her quickly and she took such great care of them when I was gone. We had a little hiccup during the reservation and Emma went above and beyond with her customer service to make sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. Emma is thoroughly conscientious and devoted to her charges. This was the first time I left the cats alone for more than one night. They told me when I got home that Emma was careful and considerate and, please, if I did this again to ask Emma to come back.

Emma was truly wonderful. She was incredibly responsive and punctual and I felt so much better being away knowing my cat was being so well cared for. She is very obviously a true cat person! She sent detailed updates on Tycho and maybe the best pictures and videos I've ever received from a cat sitter.
