Helena was fantastic. This is the first time we left our cats with anyone we hadn’t known before and we were very nervous. At the meet and greet Helena put us at ease taking lots of notes on what Mila and Niko enjoy, how we usually feed them and what times, even what are their favorite toys and how do they like to play. Which really helped make us feel more confident. Each visit our cats, who are usually shy, meet Helena at the door. Helena spent time playing with the cats before feeding them, and after each visit sent a great report with lots of photos and videos. It was so good seeing the cats all happy and clearly enjoying Helena‘s company our home was left very tidy with any cat litter cleaned up and changed as well as the kitten, food bowls and area around them being very clean, Helena totally put our mind at ease that the cats were being well looked after and we would definitely like to have Helena look after the cats again.

Helena did an amazing job watching my two boys while my husband and I were away for 2.5 weeks. I received very detailed updates each day with multiple pictures. She really has a special bond with my cats including one who usually is not okay with other people. She's very patient and kind with the cats that need space and very attentive to the ones who need attention. Leaving my boys for so long was really hard but knowing I had absolutely no reason to stress over their wellbeing because they were in such good hands made it possible for me to fully enjoy my vacation.

Helena was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure our kitties were happy, safe, and loved while we were away. She even got our super scared kitty to come out of hiding on the first try! Amazing! He usually hides the entire time new people are in the house. When one of the kitty toys broke, she bought them a new one! She also brought over extra toys so the kitties would have variety during play time. And, when I saw on our kitty camera that a small piece of jewelry had fallen on the floor near the cats' food, she made an extra stop to remove this choking hazard. This last point was really, really above and beyond. We will definitely hire Helena again and again.

Helena came over before our first visit to make sure she knew the details and meet the cats, and sent timely updates during the stay. she brought some new toys to play with my rambunctious young cat and spent extra time with her. I can tell she really loves cats and wants the best for them! 🥰

We could not be happier with our experience with Helena. She checked in on our two very shy kitties for a week and this is the first time ever that we’ve returned from vacation to two relaxed and very un-needy cats. They greeted us happily but she filled their cups so well that they weren’t desperate for our return. In fact, I’m pretty sure that they were disappointed that it was us and not her walking through the door! Helena played with our cats every day and gave them so much love and attention. She paid attention to every small detail around the house. I was never worried on our trip because I knew the cats were in the best hands possible and they were having so much fun. Definitely the best petsitting experience I’ve had and we can’t wait to have her back!

We needed to find someone to take care of our 2 boys for 3 weeks while we were on our honeymoon. We were nervous because Helena was new and it was the longest we’ve ever left them. After day 3, I stopped worrying, knew that it was a great fit, and could relax! Helena is kind, patient and professional. she provided great updates and our kitties warmed up to her immediately. Even our floof, who is normally nervous around people, would greet her at the door and purr. She went above and beyond when there was a crazy rainstorm and water leaked through our doors/windows, providing her own towels and drying our own linens that got wet. Usually our (spoiled) cats are visibly upset with us when we return after leaving them for more than a week but this time when we returned they were happy and resumed their normal routine. I’m so happy we found Helena (and so are our cats) and will definitely book again for future trips!!

We booked with Helena again. Just like last time, she did an amazing job with our kitties. Even my scared kitty comes out of hiding to say hello! She is so patient and calm, that he accepts treats and pets from her. He normally hides from people entering the house. My other kitty is full of energy and loves to play, so she spends lots of time playing with him. He loves his time with Helena! We really appreciate how well Helena takes care of our kitties!!!
