We have booked Amy to take care of our cats multiple times now and we are so grateful to have her in our lives. This trip was a bit different as one of my cats wasn't eating great the day I left. I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat. We are so grateful for the extra time that she spent with him and all the supplies she brought over and the info that she provided. She is a true cat lover and just an amazing human being.

This was our first time ever using a sitter for our cats. We wanted to make sure we had someone we trusted 100%, and Amy was the definition of that! She made the trip over to do a meet and great which gave us (and our cats) so much comfort! She asked all the right questions, and set us up for success. Day of her visit she notified us prior to arrival, and sent many photos, videos, and updates of our babies!! This is our second time booking Amy and we feel so incredibly lucky to have found her. She took care of our two cats, Arthur and Celeste, while we were away in London (+8 hour time difference). Not only did she give them exceptional care—making sure they were fed, happy, and loved—but she also went above and beyond in every possible way. We got extensive daily updates and adorable photos and videos that showed just how relaxed and content our cats were in her care. On top of that, she helped us to track down a few stray packages and even set up a security camera we forgot about before we left. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine love for animals gave us total peace of mind. Even with the time difference, I had no issues getting to sleep and knew there would be no issues that would await me when I woke up. We came home to two very happy cats and a home that had clearly been well looked after. She left such an impact that my Arthur cat was carrying around an old toy that she had pulled out of the toy bin for several days after we were back. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

This was our 4th time using Amy and what can I saw, she is really an amazing human beating. we are so lucky to have found her and so grateful that she takes care of our fur babies. She did such an amazing job taking care of our two cats, Arthur and Celeste, while we were away in Europe. With the 9 hour time difference it was hard to communicate in real time, but I was able to rest easy knowing that when I woke up I would get the full update from her and the kitties were taken care of. She was able to manage giving my Celeste cat her medication and also took care of the feral cat that I’ve been feeding as well. She also dealt with some packages that were delivered. I cannot say enough positive things about her services and wholeheartedly recommend her!!

TL;DR Amy was absolutely amazing and treated my kitties like they were her own. I have 2 senior cats - one is an FIP survivor and the other is on blood pressure medication. My FIP survivor has become really weird around strangers ever since he got sick. I have been through so many cat sitters on Meowtel/Rover/Wag (the last one we used on Rover I actually got a full refund from Rover she was so bad). My experience with these apps has been so negative that I have cut trips short and canceled plans because I just couldn't bring myself to deal with another new sitter from these apps. Amy's profile really spoke to me so I decided to try one more time from Meowtel and she absolutely blew me away! She really restored my faith in humanity. Her updates were through, she followed all my instructions to the letter, and it was clear from her updates that my cats fell in love with her. She managed to pill my shy girl cat and she was sensitive to my FIP survivor's anxiety. She played with them and even found new ways to play with toys they have that they haven't ever shown any interest in. Bottom line - Amy is a really special human being and I highly recommend her! My faith in humanity has been restored!

Amy has been a fantastic catsitter for our cat Scotty. Scotty can be unfriendly at times and has multiple daily medications, but Amy had perfect success giving him his pills and oral medications. She was patient and cautious when befriending him and has always prioritized making Scotty feel comfortable during visits. She also provides very thorough updates and photos. Amy is fantastic! She asked comprehensive questions during the initial meet & greet, and was immediately able to charm Taffy away from her typical pre-meal trance to play with her! Amy did an amazing job checking up on my two kitties for the week. I have one very shy cat (he was a feral kitten; doesn't like strangers) that came out of his shell to meet her. Super rate for him to check out strangers on the first day which is a true testitmite to how good she is with skittish cats. Her updates were detailed and photos were adorable. I felt comfortable and reassured that my cats were in good hands while I was away.

Amy has taken care of Max for us for a few years. While he has been deaf (he's 17 now) that whole time he has now also developed a condition that requires twice daily medication. Clearly we do not travel much due to this but it is comforting to know that Max loves Amy and she cares for him. She was familiar with the medication and able to meet his twice daily med times. This was a life savor for us as we were able to still go on our once yearly half week trip.

Amy is fantastic! She is so thorough. She took great care of my three kitties. They are all different ages, so they all have very different needs. My oldest needs daily meds, the youngest needs lots of play time, and the middle kitty is super shy and needs a slow, calm intro. She made sure they all had everything they needed and were very happy! Even Dobby, the shy kitty, started to come out of his shell with Amy. I'm going to book Amy again right now!

Our first cat sitting experience with Amy and she really is a cat whisperer with our cats that are not used to being around others. She really put our minds at ease with her interaction with our cats and communication with us. She is very thorough especially with our diabetic cat that requires insulin shots with food on a set schedule. Loved all the detailed and cute photos. Amy is absolutely amazing!!! She is the sweetest person and took the most incredible care of my cat Marshmallow while I was on vacation for 2 weeks. Not only did Marshmallow ADORE her, she sent photo and video updates for every visit which made me feel like I was there! Amy is amazing. She took care of our 16-year-old cat, Daisy and my daughter's 6-year-old cat, Nala. Daisy is a challenge because she needs medication every day and doesn't like to take it. Amy was so patient - taking extra time to get Daisy out from under the bed without stressing her out. She kept in touch and updated us on her visits with pictures and videos. This is the first time I've gone on vacation that I didn't worry about Daisy getting her meds. I can't say enough good things about Amy. She is truly a treasure.

Amy was awesome, super friendly, chill, and most importantly, handled our 3 cats so well. We have a very anxious boy who needed pills and strangers typically make him go into hiding for days. But with Amy, we came home and he was chill, out and about and unbothered. So his comfort in and of itself speaks to the level of respect and kindness Amy has shown our cats. Amy was amazing! She really cares about your pets. I could tell from the way she spoke with them and handled them (that I saw on my Petcube camera), that Amy is an animal lover like me. She fed my cats their special prescribed food, cleaned the litter boxes, changed the water and even played fetch with my cats. All the while, she treated them with loving kindness. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is trustworthy adn dependable and treats cat sitting like a professional career, which I totally respect and appreciate.

Amy is an absolute angel. As someone who treats their cats like their baby, it was so nice to be on vacation and not have to worry about the fur babies. I think they even missed her when we got back! My cats are Persian and she even cleaned their butts after some loose stool got on her fluffytail.

Amy is exceptional. she updates you on the litter box situation, how the cats are eating, and will write sweet narratives. She really gets to know my cats. Everything she reports, I’m like yup that sounds like my Gigi or Honey! I have used other “5 star” cat sitters in the area and it was a disaster. My indoor cats ended up with Fleas. I always know they are in safe hands with Amy. Even if I don’t respond she continues to report. she really is the best, and I’m hesitant to share because then she might not be available lol but she deserves the work, and other cats deserve the care Amy gives.

Fire alarm testing and construction in the adjacent apartment meant a stressful time for my cat. Amy was able to get her relaxed and to come out of hiding for much needed attention. Amy also paid attention to my cat's cues and didn't force any interactions my cat wasn't ready for. Great job!
