"We needed to find someone to take care of our 2 boys for 3 weeks while we were on our honeymoon. We were nervous because Helena was new and it was the longest we’ve ever left them. After day 3, I stopped worrying, knew that it was a great fit, and could relax! Helena is kind, patient and professional. she provided great updates and our kitties warmed up to her immediately. Even our floof, who is normally nervous around people, would greet her at the door and purr. She went above and beyond when there was a crazy rainstorm and water leaked through our doors/windows, providing her own towels and drying our own linens that got wet. Usually our (spoiled) cats are visibly upset with us when we return after leaving them for more than a week but this time when we returned they were happy and resumed their normal routine. I’m so happy we found Helena (and so are our cats) and will definitely book again for future trips!!"

I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat.
