What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I’ve been caring for cats (and other animals) since I was 4 years old, you could say it’s in my DNA! Officially, I’ve been providing professional cat sitting and care for over 8 years. From shy seniors to sassy kitties, I love making every cat feel safe, loved, and totally spoiled while their humans are away.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes! I have three beloved and spoiled indoor kitties: Athena, Binx, and Echo - who absolutely run the house. I’m also a proud mom/care taker to my outdoor colony babies: Bob, Bella, Narcissa and Merlin. Each one has their own special personality, and they all keep my days full of love (and fur)!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I start by chatting with the parent to learn all about their kitty’s personality, temperament, routines, favorite food/treats, special needs, & any medical care. No detail is too small! Knowing their favorite toys or even go-to hiding spots can make the difference between a smooth experience & a stressful one. For safety and peace of mind, I also ask about allergies, sensitive areas (like sore spots from vaccines or dental issues needing soft food), and any behavioral quirks (bitey, territorial, easily overstimulated, etc.). Having access to safety essentials items - first aid kit, emergency contacts, vet information, and location of cat carriers - helps me be fully prepared. I love meeting in person (or virtually) beforehand to make sure everyone feels comfortable and to learn where everything is kept. During the sit, I send frequent updates, photos, & videos so parents feel connected & reassured.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, I am usually available for most holidays. However I do tend to take a break around Halloween to celebrate my birthday.

Hailee is amazing. the fact that she was able to get our cat subcutaneous fluids was so helpful. everyday she sent detailed messages with videos and pictures so that we were able to feel at ease while on vacation it really such a gift or I should say she is such a gift. our older orange cat tends to be difficult when given subcutaneous fluids except with me and so this was such a relief and such a gift for us so that we were able to really enjoy someone needed time together and not have to worry about how things were going at our home. it is such a relief to know that we have someone like Hailee to call when we need sweet responsible soul to take care of our kitties thank you thank you thank you.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
