"Luanne is a gem! My husband and I are retired. We do not travel often. Recently, though, we were invited to a celebratory family party in another state. We immediately began planning to attend. Care for our three pets was our biggest concern. Our pets are used to us being at home with them. The oldest, a nine year old cat has medical issues and must have insulin after breakfast each morning and a liquid medicine before dinner. Our pets have very different personalities. We have our mellow senior, a friendly high energy three year old and a very shy two year old. Luanne established a genuine rapport with my husband and me and with our fur family at the initial meet & greet meeting. She made additional visits before we left to learn our routine in preparation for her overnight stay. Luanne clearly had a real affection for our three. We were able to relax and enjoy our family time. We knew Luanne was caring for our pets and giving each the attention and care needed for each unique personality. Medication was properly administered. Luanne sent multiple status reports and fantastic photos each day. Many of the photos were of professional quality. Our home was neat and well cared for, mail & papers collected, plants watered and our pets were happy when we returned. We are grateful to Meowtel for recruiting Luanne. If I could, I’d give her more than 5 stars! We are completely satisfied. We highly recommend Luanne!"
