"Chloe was absolutely amazing! We're very protective over our three cats, and it can be hard to find a sitter who you feel totally comfortable with. As soon as we met Chloe, it was obvious that she had great cat-energy and understanding. During our trip, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful, immediately taking care of little things we hadn't even considered and giving us a play-by-play of her visits. By the second day, it was obvious our babies were in great hands and every new check-in was just pure joy at being able to see their little faces in the photos she took. As advertised, Chloe left us a little watercolor painting that is going to be framed and put up on the wall ASAP. Finding a new catsitter can be very stressful, and finding Chloe has been a huge relief. We'll be booking her from here on out!! All three of our cats give her two beans up :)"

"Finding someone you trust with your pet is never easy, but Luanne was truly exceptional. From the moment we read her bio, she had such a warm, kind, and almost angelic presence that immediately put us at ease. She cared for our senior cat, Mimi, with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love. Mimi isn't the easiest cat to win over—she can be a little intimidating at times! But Luanne took the time to earn her trust. She even seemed excited to have that personal challenge with our Mimi. She occasionally stayed longer than she needed to so Mimi wouldn't feel rushed or alone, gently gave her kisses (despite the very real possibility that Mimi might object! 😂), and even let Mimi smell her lunch (without knowing that I, too, love to do that when at home with Mims) while they spent time together. Those thoughtful little gestures made such a difference, and before long Mimi had warmed up to her. That's pretty much unheard of! Luanne kept us updated throughout our trip, giving us absolute peace of mind. Knowing Mimi was being cared for by someone who treated her with so much compassion allowed us to truly relax while we were away. When we came home, Mimi was happy, content, and clearly well cared for. You can teach someone how to complete pet care tasks, but you can't teach the kind of empathy and genuine love for animals that Luanne naturally has. Last time, after the cat sitter and I had come to an agreement, she cancelled the night before my trip, and I had to postpone it for two weeks. She claimed that she never officially accepted the reservation but still didn't let me know until the night before I left. So, that was confusing. Winter was much better about keeping my informed throughout the process and kept to her word. There's a lot of places to leave detailed information about you, your cat, and the kind of care she/he needs. Overall, I like the site and love the service. I was especially pleased that I could book an overnight sitter as my cat gets very lonely and has a complicated feeding schedule."
