Erin made leaving our kittens for the first time so much easier! They’re four months old and one required medication. Erin handled everything so well, and sent so many updates. I am so grateful!

My partner and I were very nervous to leave our senior cat for a long trip overseas, but Erin made the entire experience a breeze from start to finish! Our cat relies on oral medication twice a day - Erin handled it easily and with great communication. I really appreciated their detailed written update and photos for every visit, which gave us so much peace of mind and comfort when we were so far away. Erin is great with our cat and also very professional and responsible. We will definitely ask Erin to watch our sweet kitty in the future.

Had another great visit with Erin! This time we added a couple more cats to our brood and in addition to Erin remembering all of the very specific details we’ve laid out for them on the existing cats, Erin also did a great job of accommodating our new additions. What we ask of Erin is no easy task (feeding guidelines, so many meds, etc) and we’re so grateful for the peace that their services bring us while we’re away from home. I literally don’t know what we do without Erin.

While we were in Australia on vacation, the unthinkable happened and we lost one of our beloved pets. Erin went way above and beyond for us and was instrumental in helping us. She spent so much of her time to help us and comfort us. I cannot tell you how grateful we are that we have Erin because no one else would have been as helpful. Erin has been my catsitter for years and has always gone above and beyond, but when my cat had a medical emergency this holiday, she rose to the occasion with extraordinary kindness and character. My youngest cat had a urinary blockage the day before I flew out of state and was hospitalized for 48 hours; Erin kept in touch with the hospital, picked him up on his release day, and juggled her schedule to give him his medications so he’d be comfortable. The whole time, she was giving me copious and detailed updates on his health so I would feel connected even across the country. Simply put, I could not have flown home for the holidays without knowing she would be there for him. Out of any catsitter in the world, you should want this one.

Erin did a fantastic job watching my two kitties while I was out of town! I've never gone through an app like this (I've always had friends take care of my pets) so I was really worried something would go wrong. But Erin took great care of my cats with daily drop-ins, photos and updates! They went above and beyond and I'll absolutely be using their services again.

Erin is far and away the best cat sitter we’ve ever had. While we were out of town on vacation, they provided the resort experience for our cats. We received wonderful photos and updates after every visit. We have a complicated situation with multiple cats needing meds at different times of day. Erin deftly navigated their needs with a calm hand, creating a positive experience where others have struggled. Our shy girl Rocket typically hides at the sound of a stranger but Erin literally had her eating out of the palm of their hand. Our kitties were their best selves when we returned. Erin did such incredible job taking care of our shy boy Neko. They took a bunch of really great pictures and updated us every day how things were going. It was very relieving to know Neko was in good hands. He even came out and took treats from Erin which he would never do for anyone else when we aren't home!

This is the second time we have worked with Erin and she's fantastic! We have three kitties and where gone 10 days on this trip. Two of the three kitties remembered her from the last time and loved playing with her from the second she arrrived. Most impressive is that she was able to coax our shy kitty out from his hiding space AND managed to give him his beds! That's a herculean accomplishment. Erin did a FANTASTIC job with out 3 cats. Three different foods/eating habits, medications, and many, many water bowls were no match for her expertise. This was my second time booking with Erin to care for my cat, Chicken. He is a finicky senior cat with medication needs and some shyness around strangers, but Erin was able to charm him! When our regular cat sitter could no longer visit… it left us trying to find someone as great as her. we interviewed several people that just never held a candle to her… that was until we met Erin! When Erin came by to meet us, she took note on her phone and really paid close attention to our routines here… even remembering the smallest details. Our fur and feather babies loved her instantly… even the two that are shy and don’t usually come out for strangers. Our other kitty loves anyone that will visit! Erin sent us photo updates, she communicates EXTREMELY WELL AND QUICKLY! That’s very important to us and I loved her attention to detail. She seems to love what she does and it shows (she even had kitties on her shoes when she came to meet us 😻). I feel like I can trust her in our home and with our kiddos! We are so happy we found her! Erin is the best! Pictures, updates, and taking care of our babies always exceeds expectations!!

From the very first visit a couple years ago, Erin became our go-to kitty caretaker. They are very caring, dependable, and went above and beyond in every way to make sure our kitties were comfortable when we went away. We will miss Erin very much as they move back to California!
