Nicoal was amazing!!!! She made my cat babies feel happy and safe. She went the extra mile in giving my Diabetic kitty her needles twice a day and around the Holidays too!! She has a lovely chill personality and made us all feel at ease. So thankful!

Nicoal is the best cat sitter ever. This is my first time entrusting someone to take care of my 3 kitties and now I definitely feel comfortable with her taking care of them so I can travel again! She read my detailed instructions list and did everything I asked AND more. She cleaned my entire litter box room. Not only was I happy with her, but my cats too. My cats are not very socialized and used to just me being home. They all came out and hung out with her. She is a cat whisperer!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
