Hi cat parents! My name is Martha and I have been a cat lover all my life. Unfortunately, I wasn't ever able to have a cat growing up because my dad was allergic. I adopted my first kitty, Peaches, in September 2017. My friend fostered her and her siblings and I fell in love. She has changed both mine and my husband's lives. She is truly our daughter and love her to pieces. We just recently added two kittens (Ebony and Pepper) to our family. They were rescued from a storm drain in November 2022 along with their brother who my friend adopted. We think they were about 7 weeks old. Pepper loves his new big sister and the love is mutual. Ebony is a mama's girl but also loves to snuggle with her brother and new big sis. Prior to joining Meowtel in 2019 I pet-sat for my same friend who fostered Peaches. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
