"Helena was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure our kitties were happy, safe, and loved while we were away. She even got our super scared kitty to come out of hiding on the first try! Amazing! He usually hides the entire time new people are in the house. When one of the kitty toys broke, she bought them a new one! She also brought over extra toys so the kitties would have variety during play time. And, when I saw on our kitty camera that a small piece of jewelry had fallen on the floor near the cats' food, she made an extra stop to remove this choking hazard. This last point was really, really above and beyond. We will definitely hire Helena again and again."

I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet. Our other cat can be a bit more particular with new people, but Denise was incredibly patient, intuitive, and respectful of his personality—something we truly appreciated. It’s clear she has a natural ability to read and connect with animals. Throughout the stay, Denise provided excellent communication and updates, which gave us a lot of reassurance. "Denise was absolutely exceptional as our cat sitter. We’ve worked with her previously for drop-in visits, but this was our first time having her stay overnight, and it made a tremendous difference in our peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet. Denise handled all of this with confidence and expertise, clearly drawing from her veterinary/med tech background.
