This was my first time using this app & my first time away from my cats to go on a long trip — choosing Elizabeth was the best decision I’ve made. She sent endless videos/pictures & played with my cats. my cats are normally shy but opened up to her. After every visit she gave me details on their litter, automatic food, and water fountain & added more to it if needed. On her last visit she threw out the trash & tidied up before I came home. She even left a thank you note. I 10/10 recommend her & will definitely be booking her again!

We trusted Elizabeth to care for our two boys while we were on a short trip and she was amazing! She was always punctual and attentive with each visit, and sent detailed updates: photos, videos, and notes for each kitty that we enjoyed reviewing! Both of our boys are unaccustomed to changes in their routine and have their own unique quirks. We left instructions for both of them, but suspected they would not cooperate or behave as expected with a new sitter. Elizabeth faithfully followed those instructions, but she let us know when they weren't eating as expected, and she easily adapted to the back-up feeding plan we proposed. One of our kitties is very timid around strangers but warmed up to Elizabeth on just her second visit, playing and snuggling with her, which is record time for him. The other kitty is a fussy eater but Elizabeth had no trouble keeping tabs on each of them and reporting how they were doing. As a side note, we only had expectations for our kitties to be cared for. But Elizabeth went above and beyond, and was so respectful with our home that we felt that our place looked even neater than before we left. We will definitely hope to book Elizabeth the next time we need a sitter!

Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful. Right off the bat at the meet and greet, my cats took to her and didn't run and hide. She came very prepared with notebook and pen to jot down notes about the sit as well as great questions. She took AMAZING care of my two spoiled cats. Spending time and effort with them...playing with them and giving the one cat ear medication. I cannot sing enough praises about Elizabeth. The amount of photos and video updates made me feel so good about leaving my cats in her care. When you leave your furbabies behind on a trip it can create anxiety but with Elizabeth I was 100% at ease and knew they were in the best care. Will be booking Elizabeth again!

Working with Elizabeth was an awesome experience! She was so thorough and thoughtful. She provided exceptional care for my 15 year old blind cat when I went on a recent trip. I received lots of videos, photos and feedback during my trip. I could relax and enjoy myself and was completely art ease knowing Zoe was being taken care of by Elizabeth! Elizabeth came prepared to our meet-and-greet with a notepad and lots of good follow-up questions. She was very attentive to our cat's needs, and they warmed to her pretty quickly despite being shy. She also gave very detailed updates with lots of photos and videos. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Elizabeth. 5/5 stars!

Elizabeth is FANTASTIC and I've already booked her for my next trip out of town. She is warm and polite, but most importantly, she was great with my babies! She was so patient and sweet with my two scaredy cats, and by the end of the reservation one of them was LOVING attention from her! My boyfriend joked (but also not joking!!) that Elizabeth was my cat's first new friend in years. I also really appreciated the update photos and videos. I genuinely feel soooo grateful I got so lucky with the first ever professional cat sitter I've used. 😻

Elizabeth really went above and beyond for our elderly kitty, sending very detailed updates, managing medications, navigating her food pickiness and spending some nice lap time with her. I am often anxious about how our cat is doing and Elizabeth made it as easy as possible.

Elizabeth is one of the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met. She’s funny and easy to talk to and I was so happy knowing she’d be with my boys after having the pleasure of meeting her during our meet and greet. She sent the most thoughtful updates with photos and videos and updates on how each of the boys were doing individually as well as interactions together. She kept me updated on the status of their food and litter and was also so kind in getting my mail and keeping the litter area tidy as well as getting the trash for me! She also brought some toys over for the boys and left them a little gift when she noticed how well they took to them! It can be hard to find a sitter, especially during the holidays and I feel so lucky that Elizabeth was available. I could tell how happy and comfortable my boys were with her and even my shy boy Hiro was playful and cuddly! Feedings for them aren’t the easiest but Elizabeth handle it with so much patient and grace and was also innovative in trying approaches that could make feedings easier. I am truly so thankful for you Elizabeth and so are the boys! until next time!

this was our second time having Elizabeth. she’s amazing as always. she was super flexible about me having to change the dates due to a surgery I was having. it is so. ice to know that your pets are in good hands and they most definitely are with Elizabeth. She followed instructions, spent time and played with the kitties.i truly appreciate her taking the time to warm up with Havana. Myka our other cat needed medication and it was administered perfectly as always.

Elizabeth was wonderful!! Our two cats warmed up to her right away. She was incredibly reliable and thoughtful, showing up for her visits around the same time every day to ensure consistency for our cats routines. She sent lots of photos, videos, and updates which were greatly appreciated. She cares a lot about the cats she is taking care of and it shows. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a great cat sitter!

Elizabeth is very professional and caring for my fur babies. I love how she made sure to send videos and additional text information about the dispositions of my cat kids. came back with litters clean, bowls of food filled and cats in place safe! This was my first experience with Meowtail and Elizabeth was exceptional!!
