The meet and greet was great and it was perfect to introduce the pets and show her around where everything is located. Dana sent photos, videos and descriptive updates. Dana is an amazing cat sitter who went above and beyond for my cat, Grey. He is very shy and sometimes doesn’t come out, but he came out no problem for Dana and hung out with her when she visited him. She is intuitive and honest into what my cat needed the most. For that, I knew my cat was always in good care and had peace of mind during my vacations.

Dana was the best! From her photo and video updates, to how responsive she was. We will have to plan another getaway just so our kitties can play with their new best friend.

This was my very first experience with Meowtel. I can say in confidence that Dana made it the greatest experience for myself and my cat Angel. It was nice to initially meet Dana to get an idea of who would be coming into my home while I was away. She was very pleasant, friendly, informative about Meowtel and what the process would look like moving forward. She has a great attention for detail and directions. She easily went out of her way to make me and Angel comfortable. Dana sent update every day with some fantastic pictures of Angel. It was reliving to know that Angel was in the best hands with Dana. She even went out of her way to help feed my fish! I'll definitely be using Meowtel again but more so, I'll be making sure I request Dana EVERY time. This was our second booking with Dana. She checked every box, taking time to play with our kitties and making sure all thier needs were taken care of. She communicated all the details of each visit and left everything in great shape!

The reservation went smoothly. The following day we were able to meet and she was able to see Lo my cat. While she was here she cleaned the litter box, took pictures of Lo, and even played with him. All-in-all definitely worth it and Dana is amazing!
