... Hello! My name is Jasmine and I have 3 rambunctious boy cats. All of my boys have different personalities so I am adept to being a chameleon depending on a cats temperament. I know that all cats have different needs and moods, so staying flexible to meet their needs is important.
I also believe in respecting every cats boundaries while also giving them the care and attention they may require.
While I'm not experienced with giving medication, so i wouldn't feel comfortable doing so, I am experienced with having a kitty that has tummy problems. So something like vomit or other accidents are no problem for me, i am not squeamish!
I can promise that I will care for your kitties like theyre my very own.
Note: I will be available during Christmas and new years week both morning and evening

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
My 3 boys are Mochi, Hunny, and Cheddar. Mochi and Hunny are from the same litter and we've had them since they were only a few months old. Cheddar was found in an alley as a baby and we adopted him when he was 1. All of them are different and have their own special needs, but all equally mischievous!
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I believe in always asking the right questions and making it clear that I understand their cats needs. Leaving your cat baby can be stressful, so I hope to instill confidence and peace of mind.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I give them their space! Letting them know they're in charge is usually what has worked for me. One of my boys is very anxious around strangers, so I have been able to gauge what works for him. Taking things one step at a time is key to earn their trust.

My wife and I took a trip out of town last week, and one of the major stressors of being away was finding someone we could trust with caring for our cats. Enter Jasmine For the first time in a very long time, we had someone caring for our crew who completely understood not only our needs but also our cats. They immediately accepted her into the clan, and things went great from there. Jasmine gave us daily in depth updates complete with photos and a video or two. She spent ample time with Pippi and Hugo, ensured they were fed and watered, had clean boxes, played with them, and gave them brushes every day. She’s downright amazing and took excellent care of them. We highly recommend her to care for your cats and will definitely be hiring her again.

This was our first cat sitting experience with Jasmine but certainly not our last! Her communication and daily check in with us was excellent. We love the photos she shared with us and we could tell our cats were totally comfortable with her and her interaction with them. So grateful we have found a new cat sitter that puts us at ease while away for a few days.

I cannot recommend Jasmine enough!! She is attentive, diligent and got along very well with my cats. This speaks volumes mostly because one of my cats is very shy and does not warm up to strangers easily. On our her very first interaction with him, it took him no time to be comfortable around her. She truly understands the weight of responsibility and concern any owner would have leaving their cats at any given time. She was very communicative during her visits and gave in depth updates which I really loved.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
- November 8-14: Veterans Day
- November 23-29: Thanksgiving
- December 22-28: Christmas
- December 29-31: New Year's 2027

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Chatsworth cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $36.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
