Andrea truly has a genuine love for cats and a deep understanding of their needs. She took excellent care of our cat, going far beyond the basic feeding and litter duties. What truly set Andrea apart was her incredible thoughtfulness and proactivity. Knowing our cat struggles with separation anxiety, she went out of her way to try different techniques to help her feel more comfortable and relaxed while we were away. She also offered to brush her, which our cat absolutely adores and helped her feel pampered and at ease. We returned home to a happy, calm, and well-cared-for cat. We received regular updates and photos that put our minds at ease, and it was clear from the pictures that our cat was enjoying her time with Andrea. We are so grateful for her care and dedication. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
