Luanne and I had a meet and greet and I immediately knew that she was going to win my babies hearts. you tell from the first time meeting Luanne how kind and warm she is, her attention to details and asking questions and keeping notes made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing that she is committed to provide the smoothest takeover. she kept me updated all the time sending videos and pictures of my babies.
