I love cats, and I am fiercely protective of them. After a bad experience with a pet sitter, I wanted to be a part of the cat sitter community. Cats have taught me so much about patience and trust. As a cat sitter, my main goal is to keep your cats feeling happy and safe when you’re away.

My cat expertise starts at home! I have a half Bengal cat and two domestic shorthairs. Two of my cats take daily medications, one of which is on a prescription only dry food. My cats are my babies, and I do everything I can to make them feel comfortable, healthy, and playful... Nice to meet you!

Kitties need love too! I’ll make sure to give your cat plenty of pets and cuddles (if they want them, of course). I love to brush cats and to figure out their preferred petting zones! (Prrrr.)

I have years of experience administering oral medication through food, treats, pilling, or syringe feeding.

Applying eye drops, topical ointments, and intravenous medications are also available services for your feline family.

If your kitty needs additional medical care, I am happy to learn new methods whenever necessary.

When I watch your cats, I treat them like my own. Prepare for lots of photo and video updates!

Laser pointers, feather wands, and scratch posts, oh my! Playtime is very important to keep my kitties properly stimulated and stress-free. However (and with whatever) your cats like to play, I’m game.

I have over a decade of experience babysitting cats, young and old! I understand that cats need to feel secure and to only approach them on their terms. I know how to interact and befriend even the most skittish and fearful cats. Earning a cat’s trust is one of the best feelings in the world!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I’ve been cat sitting since I was 18. I started off watching my brother’s pet bengal on New Year’s Eve, and I haven’t kicked the cat sitting bug since! I’ve been on Meowtel since 2023.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Cat sitting is one of those jobs that doesn’t feel like a job. I love building relationships with the cats I watch and care for.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have three beautiful (weirdos) cats. Mr. Darcy (13), a Bengal mix and son of my brother’s Bengal cat. He’s attached to my hip, and I’ve known him since he was 3 days old. Sprout (≈11), a petite tabby with more kick than a ghost pepper. I rescued Sprout in 2017 from a neighborhood of people trying to run her over in the street. She just wants to be pet all day and is 💯% a daddy’s girl (my husband). Jinjo (3), the baby of our group, an all gray wonder. I rescued her from the shelter when she was a month old. The reason? Nonstop meowing whenever I walked away from her cage. Squeaky wheel gets the oil. She is super skittish and loves hanging out in the bed with us.

Despite my senior cat being a cranky old man, Arielle was super patient with both of my cats and took the time to get to know them. They're not very social and one is quite shy, so I'm super appreciative of her being conscious of their different personalities and caring so considerately for them both. She followed their care routinely perfectly. I would love for her to watch them again!

I cannot recommend Arielle enough- she is the best cat-sitter I have ever worked with. She is so kind and patient with my kitties! One of my cats is shy and never comes out for cat sitters, but with Arielle, he was out and giving her love by Day 2! She also went above and beyond to care for my Diabetic kitty, learning all about her medications and taking expert care of her. I will definitely book her again and recommend her to all of my friends!

Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
