Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

My 3 boys are Mochi, Hunny, and Cheddar. Mochi and Hunny are from the same litter and we've had them since they were only a few months old. Cheddar was found in an alley as a baby and we adopted him when he was 1. All of them are different and have their own special needs, but all equally mischievous!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I believe in always asking the right questions and making it clear that I understand their cats needs. Leaving your cat baby can be stressful, so I hope to instill confidence and peace of mind.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I give them their space! Letting them know they're in charge is usually what has worked for me. One of my boys is very anxious around strangers, so I have been able to gauge what works for him. Taking things one step at a time is key to earn their trust.

I cannot recommend Jasmine enough!! She is attentive, diligent and got along very well with my cats. This speaks volumes mostly because one of my cats is very shy and does not warm up to strangers easily. On our her very first interaction with him, it took him no time to be comfortable around her. She truly understands the weight of responsibility and concern any owner would have leaving their cats at any given time. She was very communicative during her visits and gave in depth updates which I really loved.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
