After moving to a new area, we scrambled to find a new overnight cat sitter for an unexpected out of town trip. We have four cats, three of which are all seniors with different medical conditions who need to be all given 4+ different medications and 4+ different specialty food. Thankfully we found Sarscha, and she graciously squeezed us in. Sarscha is everything you're looking for in a cat sitter--a genuine cat/animal lover who would treat your cats like the beloved babies they are, easily adaptable to your cats' routine and needs, can administer various medication methods, communicative, punctual, prompt, friendly, cleanly, and respectful of your space even without explicit request. We understand that it's impossible to expect someone else to take care of your feline babies exactly the way you do. But we were able to trust Sarscha completely with our cats. When we came home, everyone was healthy and spirited as well as our home, obviously treated with the same care. Thank you, Sarscha!

Did an absolutely great job with my cat while I was out of town, including handling a health emergency, giving meds, etc. Communicated very well, I had no doubt that my cat was in good hands the entire time.

The best Cat Sitter we have ever had! Sarscha is the real-life Cat whisperer! She, without a doubt, is the best sitter we have ever had. She has attention to detail and goes above and beyond our expectations! Our cat is diabetic and needs insulin twice daily, which made us search for someone with experience. Finding Sarscha, a vet tech herself, was worth joining meowtel. After meeting with her and talking about our cat's needs, she reassured us and made it easy to go on our first vacation in over a year and a half. She provided prompt and timely updates on how she did during each visit, provided us with photos and videos of our happy girl, and kept us up to date on how she was doing. Upon return, she even offered a log of her visit and how our girl did. What a relief to have someone so capable caring for your cat family. I recommend it to the highest level possible!

Sarscha is the best! This is my third time hiring Sarscha to watch my senior kitty while I travel. I trust her expertise and care so much. Having a senior cat means handling extra tasks like meds and the occasional accident. Sarscha handles all of this with so much grace and thoughtfulness! The best! Sarscha was an amazing caretaker for my Thomas! She really loves and understands cats. She was extremely communicative and friendly, and very diligent about following my cat’s care instructions, going above and beyond to buy him extra treats and toys! It was the longest trip I’d been away from my cat and I was worried about how he’d handle it, but he was in great spirits and healthy when I returned. It was a huge peace of mind having someone as responsible and caring as Sarscha taking care of him while I was away; she sends the best kitty candid photos and videos so I never had to wonder how he was doing. My house was also neat and tidy when I returned. Thank you, Sarscha, I will become a repeat customer!

Sarscha loves my kitties and they know her and feel comfortable with her. One of my kitties gets meds twice a day and can be challenge to get to give meds. But Sarscha knows his tricks and gets him.

She not only took the time to get to know Macs particular needs and quirks, but took what I think are some of the most beautiful pictures of our cat to let us know how she was doing. Sarscha was perfect! Our cat is very active and she kept him entertained and gave us the best updates and photos. At the end of the trip he was having some medical symptoms and she went above with helping vet arrangements. we really cannot thank her enough!!

Sarscha did a fantastic job watching our cats while we were away for a long vacation. She sent so many amazing photos and videos; I just knew they were having a great time with her. From all the cuddle pics, I could tell! That definitely made me feel better to know they were with someone who really appreciated them. Our cats love attention, and she was great with that! She did well with our home instructions, and we came home to a happy house and happy kitties. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again!

Sarscha did a great job with all of my kitties, inlcuding my little problrm child. He is a sensitive kitty, who gets easily upset and needs lots of extra understanding. They (he and Sarscha) got along just fine and he really warmed up to her. He gets medicine twice a day and she was able to give him all doses without issues. She was also a big hit with my blind kitty and because she took time to brush him and play with him, he was very happy. Her kindness and patience were greatly appreciated. She followed all instructions, kept everything very clean and care was shown towards all aspects of the sitting.

Sarscha was an AWESOME caretaker for my senior kitty! She made sure my cat got the right medications and followed instructions well. Her updates were thorough and the pictures were magnificent! I had so much peace of mind with Sarscha looking after my girl. Will definitely hire her again in the future!

Sarscha did an amazing job with our senior cat, Didi. She has a veterinary medical background and was able to pill Didi flawlessly. Right off the bat, Sarscha treated Didi like her very own. She is warm, knowledgeable and experienced. Didi would be happy to have her back for more visits in the near future.
