Our Wednesday and Pugsley love Cynthia!! 😻 This is the third time that we’ve hired Cynthia to check on our cats while we’ve gone away, and it won’t be the last! Cynthia is always incredibly thorough and thoughtful; she gives us such wonderful peace of mind! Cynthia spends quality time playing with the cats, gives them treats, and ALWAYS delivers the best action shots as a recap. 😹 Our babies are in a better mood and much calmer when we return, thanks to Cynthia’s attention and expertise. Cynthia did amazing with my two cats. She was able to have the shy one open up and come out to greet her. She was consistent and did great with giving my other kitty medication twice a day. She followed instructions well, took notes, and was very flexible. She even changed out my Ring camera battery when I asked and took out the trash on the last day! I appreciated being about to trust her with my kitties while I was on vacation!

Cynthia is a fantastic catsitter! She listened carefully to instructions during meet and greet, and followed my checklist meticulously during the visits. Made me feel at ease while I was away for an extended period of time. Looking forward to more visits from Cynthia in the future!!

Cynthia has become a regular in our home when we go out of town, and our cats have come to LOVE her!! When she comes over to get the keys, both cats come down to greet her and roll around on the floor for pets. Even when they get sassy because they know we’re leaving, we definitely notice how much calmer and content they are when we return because Cynthia takes such excellent care of them. We are so grateful for Cynthia and the peace of mind she provides; we know both our babies and our home are in great hands. 😸

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Cynthia!! Our cats have really never known a life where we weren’t always home, so when we were going to be away for 3 nights, finding Cynthia and this resource was exactly what we needed… and so much more! Cynthia really went above and beyond during her two 45 minute visits. She made fast friends with our cats Wednesday and Pugsley; Wednesday has pretty severe anxiety issues but Cynthia was able to win her over right away! Cynthia took a TON of pictures, which were so nice to see while we were gone; we could tell the cats were enjoying their time together! As an incredible bonus, Cynthia captured some pretty impressive action shots! 😸She made sure the kitties had fresh food & water, went through our daily play and treats ritual, and gave them some much needed & appreciated time, attention, and affection. The cats were both better adjusted when we returned home than any other time we’ve travelled; I was so so grateful for that. Cynthia also kept an eye on our home during her visits; she brought in our trash bins from the curb, turned on security systems and outside lights, and she even turned on our sprinkler outside (we are especially grateful for this considering the 105+ temps!!)! It should be noted that while we didn’t need the following, Cynthia was also ready and willing to do things like bring in the mail, take out cat litter, water plants, and bring in packages. Overall we are beyond pleased with Cynthia and her services while we were away. The peace of mind she gave us was invaluable!!We would and will absolutely happily recommend her, and would love to invite her back again in future! Thank you, Cynthia!! 😸

This is our second time having Cynthia watch our kitten - she did just as amazing as the first time! We also asked her to water some plants for us while we were away. Loved getting her updates with pictures! Will definitely have her continue pet sitting for us!

This was the first time we have used Meowtel since our cat is a kitten - we were also nervous because of this. Once we met Cynthia, our nerves were at ease. Cynthia was amazing with our kitten - she instantly built a great rapport with him during the meet and greet! Cynthia was punctual, reliable, and detail oriented. Her visit updates were detailed and informative. She sent us many great pictures of our kitten and their interaction while we were gone. Cynthia also brought in our packages and offered to water plants (but we had none). We were very happy with Cynthia and plan to have her be our cat sitter again during our future trips!

Follows instructions to a tee and even goes above and beyond by vacuuming before we got back and bringing in packages. Highly recommend!

Cynthia did an AMAZING job watching our Noodle while we were on an international trip! We always looked forward to her updates - they were super detailed and she included a ton of great photos. She was so attentive to his needs and made sure to really get some playtime and grooming in during her visits. Cynthia is a cat whisperer and instantly charmed my cats when she came over for a meet and greet! Her updates are amazing and she went above and beyond and helped vacuumed the house since my cats shed everywhere! Key dropoff was smooth and contactless since I was feeling sick after the vacation. Cynthia went above and beyond when we were out of reach by cell. She spotted a leak in our bathroom and turned the water off to minimize the damage and mopped up the floor. She consistently engages our 4 fur babies in play rewarding them with treats for their antics just as we would. It’s a great comfort to know she’s looking out for all of us!
