Hello! My name is Cynthia, and I love cats! I have had cats in my home since I was born so I can't help but have so much love for them. I have been cat-sitting since I was a teenager, but have been doing it professionally for the past 3 years. I am a single mom to my (human) 13-year-old son, and we are both fortunate to have 4 cats in our family (Dipsy, Nala, Monkey, and Marshmallow)! This was the first time we have used Meowtel since our cat is a kitten - we were also nervous because of this. Once we met Cynthia, our nerves were at ease. Cynthia was amazing with our kitten - she instantly built a great rapport with him during the meet and greet! Cynthia was punctual, reliable, and detail oriented. The cat-whisperer strikes again! This is the second time we have utilized Cynthia’s services and we have been so happy with her care! One of our two cats is very anxious and shy, but Cynthia has been able to charm her, which brings me such comfort while we’re away. Cynthia took great care of our fur babies while we went out of town for a few days. She made sure they had fresh food and water, gave them their treats and lots of TLC. They were in great spirits when we returned! We are so grateful for Cynthia’s time, energy, love and care. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
