Charlotte helped us out while my wife and I were on vacation. We have a kitty with asthma and needs daily medications through an inhaler. Charlotte did not shy away from the task and put our minds at ease.

Charlotte was communicative and took excellent care of our kitty staying overnight while we were away for the weekend! She sent lots of picture/video updates, and even took the guest bed sheets out to the laundry room on her way out. We will definitely be booking with her again!

This was our second time having Charlotte come stay with Ms. Vader! She takes the best photos, follows all instructions, and leaves the house extra tidy when staying overnight with our kitty. We can't wait to use her services again!

Charlotte is the absolute best! My husband and I have never been away from our cat Sadie for this long. We were away for 2 weeks. I had so much anxiety with the thought of leaving my Sadie girl. When we had our meet and greet with Charlotte all my worries immediately disappeared. I knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing and I was right. She is not only very sweet and an obvious cat lover, she takes her job very seriously. She sent us pictures while we were away and I could see how happy and content Sadie was. Charlotte went above and beyond, I told her we would be missing Sadie’s 1st birthday while we were away and on that day she sent us pictures of the cutest little birthday decorations and amazing pictures of Sadie playing in front of them. Pictures that we will be framing. When we got home Sadie was at ease as if we never left, I also think she was hoping Charlotte was walking in the door as well ;) Hands down the best cat sitter ever, when we leave town again I really hope we are lucky enough that Charlotte is available to take care of our precious girl again. This is the first time we've ever used a cat sitting service and weren't sure what to expect. But Charlotte was absolutely incredible from our first contact and through our entire trip! She responded quickly to every question beforehand, showed up on time to meet our cats and talk to us before our trip, took detailed notes and 'introduced' herself to each kitty when booking her services. This was all great already, but it is the GENUINE LOVE AND CARE she provided the cats along with detailed daily updates during her visits that makes her amazing. She sent a daily 'story' via text that included multiple pix of each kitty happily playing, relaxing with or being loved by her. Her messages described each of their personalities exactly in detail, so it was obvious she was really interacting and playing with them. We ended each day of vacation looking first to reading the updates and pictures that Charlotte sent, which allowed us to really enjoy our time away so much more! We even came home to a hand written Thank you note! Charlotte never rushed her visits and let us know if she stayed longer, which we offered her to do, if she chose. We will 100% use her services again and I would recommend ANYONE who wants a real cat lover who is professional, trustworthy AND sweet to hire Charlotte. You will be happy that you did!

Carmen was very professional and extremely caring for our boys. She notified us daily and sent pictures and videos of her visit with them. When we came home they were so content they didn’t even know we’d been gone. Only downfall is now each day at around 12:30 the boys start meowing and wandering around awaiting Carmen’s arrival - haha - she loved them so much they miss her!

Charlotte was great with our boys. From the first introduction to them when she had to search the house high and low for Fraser hiding in the closet, to patiently letting Rolo sit on her lap whenever he wanted (and he wanted a lot). We were sent great photos confirming our boys' contentment and left a lovely recap of her visit. We came home to a very clean house and happy cats. We would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone wanting a loving, tidy caregiver.

Ms Charlotte did a fantabulous job with my 3 cats for a week while we were out of the country. She PROVED to us that she has ALOT of patience; especially having to deal with one of our rambunctious Houdini kitties, a senior kitty, and a shy timid kitty. Charlotte also spent a great amount of time with our baby fur balls; she gave them the play time that we requested and that was much needed ! Thank you Charlotte for caring for my babies ????

Reservation went smoothly. Charlotte is great —all the business of feeding, watering, and scooping gets done, but she balances that with play and cuddle time. She has really taken time to understand our cats and give them what they need.

Charlotte has been fabulous with our girls and us:-) She keeps us updated so that we feel like we haven’t just abandoned our fur babies. When we arrived home, our cats were their normal selves—a sure sign that they were fine with our being away. I suspect that our girls were waiting for Charlotte to return even after we came home. Charlotte did great with George! She had to give him 2 pills daily, and as a cat owner knows, it is not easy. It was nice to know that while we were gone he was being cared for.
