There was some pretty rough weather while we were away and Dale was patient and kind while he navigated the traffic and road closure to get to our house in the woods. He also communicated consistently and quickly through the whole experience, which we appreciated so much. We are super grateful to have had Dale take care of our cat during the busy holiday season and would absolutely ask him to come again while we are away."

She made sure my cat had plenty of enrichment activities while I was gone and got lots of attention. She took care of all the maintenence tasks I requested and ensured my cat had a clean litterbox and water fountain. Sandra also made sure to send very detailed updates about how my cat was doing and what activities they engaged in during the visits. I felt super comfortable having her take care of my cat while I was gone for an extended work trip. I will definitely be booking Sandra again for any future trips!"
