Valerie was wonderful! Our cat is used to us being around, and I told Valerie at the meet & greet that the main thing I was worried about was Winchester getting lonely or scared while we were away. Valerie gave very detailed reports every day not just on his eating and litter, but on his mood and demeanor. Everything went well with Valerie, the cats seemed to like her because I think they were disappointed when I walked in the door when I got back and they realized I wasn't her. She's also very smart so if you forget to give her instructions don't worr, she'll figure it out. Updates and pictures were sent right away which I appreciated. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
