Bianca took care of our two boys for 10 days while we were on our summer road trip. We were very anxious because one of our cats had just been in the hospital with weight loss and jaundice, and he needed to be given medications and encouraged to eat. Bianca understood our concerns and went far above and beyond to try to help our kitty, including trying several different methods of administering pills and even taking the initiative to purchase some special treats to tempt him to eat. She was even willing to work with us in whatever way we needed if our boy got sicker and needed to go to the vet again. Bianca sent lots of photos and videos from each visit, along with a summary of what she did each time; this helped us feel much more comfortable. (Our other cat is a super scaredy-cat who doesn't come out from under the couch for anyone but us, but he was also healthy and happy when we returned.) We would definitely recommend Bianca!

The updates were always concise, clear, and well organized. She played with our cats and took great care of everything, including keeping the feeding area tidy and cleaning the litter boxes thoroughly. She also took the cutest photos of our cats! As an extra special surprise, she made an adorable magnet featuring cartoon versions of our three cats at the end of the stay. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!

My kittens are 6 months old, and this was their first time being left alone for almost a week—so I was pretty nervous. Bianca was absolutely amazing! She sent detailed updates and lots of photos, which helped me relax and truly enjoy my trip. My kittens are very skittish, but even from their cat tree they clearly felt comfortable with her presence as she made sure their food bowls were full, the water fountain was refilled, and the litter boxes were spotless. She even left them treats before heading out. Thanks to Bianca, I now feel completely at ease taking longer trips, knowing my kittens are in wonderful hands. I highly recommend her!
