Hi! I’m Nathan — a dedicated cat-only sitter who loves keeping things calm, clean, and consistent for your cat. I’m big on routines and I take time to let shy or cautious cats warm up at their own pace.
Each visit includes fresh food and water, litter box cleanup, a quick check of your cat’s overall wellbeing, and whatever your cat prefers most such as playtime, brushing, or simply quiet company. I never force interaction; I let your cat set the pace, just like with my own cats!
I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and can handle basics like supplements and simple medications (as long as your cat tolerates them). If your cat has a specific routine, I’ll stick to it closely. I know how much routine can matter to our little buddies!
I will treat your home with the same care as my own; clean, respectful, and secure. I’m dependable, punctual, and easy to communicate with.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I’m not much of a people person but I love animals and specifically love spending time with cats. I find it very soothing to be around cats, and I get a lot of joy out meeting new personalities. Overall it’s not so much of a “job” for me as it is an “experience”.
Are you usually available during holidays?
I sure am, it’s just my wife and the two cats. There are no family gathers to ever attend so while i definitely celebrate every holiday, it’s more of a personal celebration that doesn’t have a specific date.
What is your favorite cat toy?
It’s a tiny throw away green Christmas lightbulb toy that must have come out of a cat stocking that my mom would send every year. For whatever reason it was Lily’s favorite toy. When she died I put it by her urn and I sat there for 2 years until Butters came along and picked Lily’s toy as his own.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
