This was our first time leaving our elderly cat, Malibu, in the hands of someone we didn’t know. And, it was for an entire week. We were very nervous… However, Sarah made it SO much easier for us to do. From the early conversations on the app - her responsiveness and willingness to fit Malibu’s time needs into her schedule; to the meet & greet - she was on time and took notes from the second she got to our front door; to her twice daily visits - beautiful photographs of Malibu, specific reports of food consumption, bathroom usage, playtime and petting time… We could tell that Malibu was in good hands and that they took to each other very well. She and Malibu got into a perfect routine. On our second day away, Sarah found Malibu outside our bedroom just staring at the door (it was so sad to see)… when she sent us a picture of this, we immediately requested a FaceTime so we could talk to Malibu and Sarah was very accommodating, which made us feel so much better (and seemingly made Malibu feel better as well). There was one situation that arose with regard to the lock on our front door. Sarah contacted us immediately by phone, and, when she wasn’t able to reach us by phone, she texted us. Because of her diligence, we were able to take care of it immediately. When there were any changes in energy level, bathroom use, or eating habits, Sarah showed genuine concern and mentioned them to us so we had an opportunity to make any changes that might be necessary. While this was our first time leaving Malibu in Sarah‘s care, it will not be our last.

While we were out of town, our cat stopped eating and I messaged her and she dropped everything to help us get out sick cat to the vet. She was able to wrangle him into his carrier without incident and helped us out when we were in such a bind. This is the 3rd time we have booked with Sarah and most definitely won’t be our last. She cares deeply for the animals in her care.

We booked Sarah last minute to drop in to check on our kitty as he wasn’t feeling well when we were out of town. She immediately found time in her schedule to check in on him, sent us a whole bunch of videos, and helped us make the decision to cut our trip short. Now that we are home it was absolutely the right thing for us to cut our trip short and we are so grateful that she was able to be there to give us the info we needed to make that decision (if we had waited we probably wouldn’t have been able to get home as fast as we did). We are so grateful for her care and support.

Sarah was so amazing with our sweet boy, Dewey!! She sent so many photos during her visits and was clearly keeping him so entertained. She even sent us a toy reco based on Dewey’s behavior (I bought it and he loves it!). We are so grateful we found her! Thank you, Sarah!

I hired Sarah for the first time to come by while I traveled for the Thanksgiving holiday. My two senior boys took to Sarah quickly during the meet and greet. She asked good questions and took notes on their care. I felt confident she would do great with the visits. She met all expectations well on the visits! Her communication was good and updates from the visits were organized. It was easy to see she took care of all of the things my guys needed and was quick about asking any questions for anything unexpected or that didn’t come up during meet and greet. I came home to two cats who having been well fed and entertained by Sarah, almost seemed to forget I was gone! I’d recommend Sarah and would definitely hire her again in the future!

Sarah was incredible with our little guy! We were away for the holidays and she kept us updated with highly detailed notes about our kitty and tons of photos. We will absolutely be using her again in the future.

Sarah took wonderful care of my cat, Casper, while I was away. She arrived reliably for every visit, made sure he always had fresh food and water, and spent quality time with him. I always felt confident that he was in good hands. Her updates gave me real peace of mind — each one let me know she had been there, how Casper was doing, and that everything at home was in order. On one occasion, there was an unexpected issue with some equipment, and Sarah was quick to respond. She was happy to arrange another visit the next day, stayed in touch throughout, and worked with me to figure out what was wrong — ultimately resolving it herself. That level of responsiveness and care made a big difference, and I’d happily trust her with Casper again.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care our Sarah provided while we were away! From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing our fur babies were in capable, loving hands. Sarah followed all our instructions to the letter and we also received a thorough update with great photos. I could tell that Sarah went out of her way to get to know our cats' unique personalities and give them attention. We came home to two content kitties. We are so happy to have found her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!

Sarah did a wonderful job watching our cats for us! We highly recommend her. She was very thoughtful and accommodating. When a cat tree we ordered was delivered, she offered to assemble it for us! She was always on time and let us know each day exactly how long she spent taking care of the cats and the house (collecting mail, watering plants, etc). She especially took great care of our one anxious cat, administering medication each day.
