El did such an amazing job cat sitting for my 2 cats for 2 weeks while I was in Asia! They sent me photos every day of the kitties and gave me updates on how the kitties were doing. My boy cat, Joey, was being naughty and kept knocking over his automatic food dispenser, in hopes to get more food. El dealt with this every day and came up with the genius idea to duct tape the top of the container so the food wouldn’t keep spilling out when Joey would knock it over. The fact alone that El was so graceful in dealing with this (daily) problem from Joey was very helpful. El is also very kind and I enjoyed getting updates from them and laughing about the food dispenser situation. Definitely booking them again for my next trip — I highly recommend!

I am very grateful to have been able to book El through Meowtel. Luckily, she was available over the Christmas holiday and was very responsive and responsible. I could tell when we did our meet and greet that Chanel would be very safe with El coming to check on her. El was polite, considerate, and very good at taking care of my cat; often, going above and beyond cleaning up after her and giving her attention. She sent my boyfriend and I updates daily when she would come by. Also sending videos/pictures of her so we could have peace of mind while we were away. All thanks to El, Chanel & the house were in good shape when we returned. I am very appreciative with her skills and excellent communication and am hopeful she will be available next time I need help with my girl. Thank you El!!

I had such a wonderful experience with El! It was my first time leaving my cats, and they went above and beyond to keep me updated and ease my anxiety. El took wonderful care of my cutie cat Momo. She was attentive, reliable, and clearly experienced with cats! Momo warmed up to her right away and appreciated the company. I appreciated the regular updates and photos, them saying hi through the Furbo together, and came home to a tidy space. I’d absolutely trust El again for pet sitting Momo again.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
