Carrie took incredible care of my two cats! One of my cats has FIC and needs extra attention, including medication and careful monitoring of his litter box habits, and Carrie stayed completely on top of everything. My other cat is very shy and rarely warms up to new people, but he became comfortable with Carrie almost right away. After every visit she sent detailed updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I’m so grateful for how attentive and caring she was with them and would absolutely trust her again!

We had an amazing experience with Carrie!! She came over for a meet and greet and I could tell immediately our cats would love her. During her visits she sent a ton of photos and videos, as well as thorough updates- she also noticed their water fountain was having problems and she fixed it! Can’t recommend her more!!

We have worked with Carrie a few times but this was our first long reservation with her (10 days). Everything went smoothly, my cats Lola and Laurel both have pre existing health conditions (well under control but can be exacerbated by stress) and Carrie monitored them closely for potential signs and symptoms. One day Laurel started having some unusual litter box issues (it was not clear if she was developing urinary symptoms, which she is prone to, or if she was constipated) and Carrie immediately brought those issues to our attention. We were able to troubleshoot together, thankfully it was nothing serious and Carrie was able to pay our cats an additional visit that same day to give them extra attention and to make sure Laurel was feeling better. We were hugely reassured and very grateful for her attentiveness and availability. In addition, I was positively surprised by how easy it was to book an additional visit for the same day on the fly on the Meowtel portal, I had never needed to do that before. We were thrilled to be able to work with Carrie again, the peace of mind she was able to give us while we were on vacation was unparalleled and we look forward to working with her in the future. Last but certainly not least, Lola and Laurel were head over heels for Carrie, we got lots and lots of adorable purrs and cuddles videos, which made us so happy! Thank you Carrie!

Loved working with Carrie! She was communicative and punctual. The visits went great and my cat got along well with her. Carrie was also successful at giving my cat her oral prescription medication, a huge stress reliever while being out of town.

From our meet and greet, we noticed that our girls (who are usually not super shy but definitely skeptical of strangers) were behaving in a more confident and relaxed way around her than they would around anyone they meet for the first time. Carrie asked discerning questions, which speaks volumes about her cat knowledge. Our instructions were lengthy and detailed and she followed them precisely, paying close attention to every detail. Our reservation with Carrie went very smoothly and she provided detailed updates alongside cute photos and videos. We are grateful to have found Carrie to take care of our girls and appreciate the peace of mind she was able to give us when we were away. We've already booked her again for our next trip.

I was nervous about leaving my little princess alone for a few days, 2 days is her limit usually, but I left her for a 4 day trip with Carrie stopping by daily, and I just returned and kitty is happy as could be!!
