She eased all our worries by being very attentive to our cats and communicating clearly, sending frequent updates, photos and videos. All our cats became very fond of her, even the shyest of them all. We had Lyndsay stay over night for two weeks and I believe our cats felt a lot calmer having someone stay with them for a continuous amount of time. I would hire Lyndsay again without hesitation."

After day 3, I stopped worrying, knew that it was a great fit, and could relax! Helena is kind, patient and professional. she provided great updates and our kitties warmed up to her immediately. Even our floof, who is normally nervous around people, would greet her at the door and purr. Her offer to do an initial visit (free of charge) was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time in drafting long messages to give detailed instructions on how to enter my home, specific needs of my cats, etc. It's clear that Breah is a true cat mother at heart. I have a very skittish senior cat that tends to not like strangers, or sitters, at all. However, after the first day he began to warm up to her and even ate his food in the same room as her (a big step for him). She provided him with his meds, gave him pets, and sent me lots of pictures that gave me peace of mind while I was away. She also took amazing care of my youngest cat, making sure to take time to play with him and his toys and send lots of pictures as well. I highly recommend Breah and will definitely book again in the future!"

"This was our first time leaving our elderly cat, Malibu, in the hands of someone we didn’t know. And, it was for an entire week. We were very nervous… However, Sarah made it SO much easier for us to do. From the early conversations on the app - her responsiveness and willingness to fit Malibu’s time needs into her schedule; to the meet & greet - she was on time and took notes from the second she got to our front door; to her twice daily visits - beautiful photographs of Malibu, specific reports of food consumption, bathroom usage, playtime and petting time… We could tell that Malibu was in good hands and that they took to each other very well. She and Malibu got into a perfect routine. On our second day away, Sarah found Malibu outside our bedroom just staring at the door (it was so sad to see)… when she sent us a picture of this, we immediately requested a FaceTime so we could talk to Malibu and Sarah was very accommodating, which made us feel so much better (and seemingly made Malibu feel better as well). There was one situation that arose with regard to the lock on our front door. Sarah contacted us immediately by phone, and, when she wasn’t able to reach us by phone, she texted us. Because of her diligence, we were able to take care of it immediately. When there were any changes in energy level, bathroom use, or eating habits, Sarah showed genuine concern and mentioned them to us so we had an opportunity to make any changes that might be necessary. "We have booked Amy to take care of our cats multiple times now and we are so grateful to have her in our lives. This trip was a bit different as one of my cats wasn't eating great the day I left. I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat.
