Daniella is truly an angel! My original sitter (my friend) fell through the day before I was leaving for a trip. I had never used a sitter service before and was so incredibly anxious about coordinating getting into my home and explaining where everything is for my cat without being able to meet Daniella beforehand. And of course the stress of having a stranger greet my cat without me! But Daniella is so understanding and accommodating and immediately eased my mind so that I could leave with full confidence my baby was in such good hands. She sent me the BEST photos and updates during every visit and even helped with an unexpected issue in my apartment that was totally inconvenient and not her mess to clean up. Daniella did such an amazing job with my shy, reserved kitty! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
