Amazing as usual! We had an emergency and had to ask Luanne to come with just a few hours of notice and she not only came but was also incredibly flexible as far as timings. She was able to add another night to the booking as well as even stay an entire day with our kitty! Well beyond what she had to do! Also, our car was feeling a bit anxious and hiding but she always came out and played with Luanne. She is incredible at making her feel better.

Finding someone you trust with your pet is never easy, but Luanne was truly exceptional. From the moment we read her bio, she had such a warm, kind, and almost angelic presence that immediately put us at ease. She cared for our senior cat, Mimi, with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love. Mimi isn't the easiest cat to win over—she can be a little intimidating at times! But Luanne took the time to earn her trust. She even seemed excited to have that personal challenge with our Mimi. She occasionally stayed longer than she needed to so Mimi wouldn't feel rushed or alone, gently gave her kisses (despite the very real possibility that Mimi might object! 😂), and even let Mimi smell her lunch (without knowing that I, too, love to do that when at home with Mims) while they spent time together. Those thoughtful little gestures made such a difference, and before long Mimi had warmed up to her. That's pretty much unheard of! Luanne kept us updated throughout our trip, giving us absolute peace of mind. Knowing Mimi was being cared for by someone who treated her with so much compassion allowed us to truly relax while we were away. When we came home, Mimi was happy, content, and clearly well cared for. You can teach someone how to complete pet care tasks, but you can't teach the kind of empathy and genuine love for animals that Luanne naturally has. We are beyond grateful for everything she did and wouldn't hesitate for a second to trust her with Mimi again. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, communicative, and will care for your pets as if they were royalty, Luanne is simply wonderful. We recommend her wholeheartedly. She elevated our Mimi-Chan to the rank of Mimi-Sama, and in our heart Luanne is now Aunt Lu Lu. Thank you Aunt Lu Lu.

Would give Luanne 10 stars if I could! She was so patient with me and Beeru. Me for being kind of high maintenance and asking for updates and giving an hour long meet and greet with very specific food and medicine instructions for Beeru. She followed everything to the gram. She also had amazing updates about everything I wanted to know about and great pictures. I could tell our kitty was well taken care of and thought she is normally shy, and was even having a low appetite the day we left, Luanne made her feel comfortable and her appetite and mood picked up! She came out of hiding to play with Luanne and had a good appetite with her.

Luanne is a gem! My husband and I are retired. We do not travel often. Recently, though, we were invited to a celebratory family party in another state. We immediately began planning to attend. Care for our three pets was our biggest concern. Our pets are used to us being at home with them. The oldest, a nine year old cat has medical issues and must have insulin after breakfast each morning and a liquid medicine before dinner. Our pets have very different personalities. We have our mellow senior, a friendly high energy three year old and a very shy two year old. Luanne established a genuine rapport with my husband and me and with our fur family at the initial meet & greet meeting. She made additional visits before we left to learn our routine in preparation for her overnight stay. Luanne clearly had a real affection for our three. We were able to relax and enjoy our family time. We knew Luanne was caring for our pets and giving each the attention and care needed for each unique personality. Medication was properly administered. Luanne sent multiple status reports and fantastic photos each day. Many of the photos were of professional quality. Our home was neat and well cared for, mail & papers collected, plants watered and our pets were happy when we returned. We are grateful to Meowtel for recruiting Luanne. If I could, I’d give her more than 5 stars! We are completely satisfied. We highly recommend Luanne!

Luanne took extremely good care of my senior diabetic cat. She came twice a day to administer her insulin. We received pictures of our cat Trixie, clearly showing our princess being spoiled. Luanne brushed her long hair, played with our cat and gave her treats. My husband and I were able to enjoy our time away without having to worry in the slightest amount. She was gentle, thoughtful, and attentive, and our cats seemed very comfortable and relaxed around her. She even introduced a new toy that they absolutely loved. Luanne is my go to pet sitter whenever me and my partner go on vacation. We have three animals (one small pup, one senior dog, and one senior cat).
