I've always really loved cats and have been rescuing them as early as elementary school when I brought home a kitten I found with 3 broken legs, insisting we keep her. The two cats I first owned on my own outside of the family home were a sibling pair that I was fostering and couldn't let go of. Through local shelters I have fostered more than 15 cats/kittens! All of my kitties have always been rescues, and are often ones that have chosen me by coming to the yard injured or sick, and of course I swoop them up! We have had cats that are FIV+, FeLv+, have food allergies, on special diets for weight loss, and a kitty that passed away last year was pre-diabetic. I have experience giving oral meds (pills and liquid), have administered subcutaneous fluids, and aerokat for asthma. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
