This was my first time using Meowtel and Sairah was helpful and friendly from the beginning. When I first reached out about pet sitting she was quick to respond. She was punctual, detail oriented and thorough when coming to meet the cats. I felt very comfortable leaving the cats in her care. She sent great pictures and updates on the cats everyday, which really helped ease my mind when traveling. She was patient with my shy kitties and they completely opened with her and were super happy even while we were gone. My cats like to play hide and seek with treats, and I mentioned it in passing but didn’t include it in their routine. However, she went above and beyond to do that activity with them, which really shows how much she cares about the cats she’s taking care of. I also have a lizard (who I didn’t include in the pet sitting) but she still sent me picture updates of him as well. Sairah is truly an excellent pet sitter and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the area.

From the moment we saw Sairah's profile, we knew she was purrfect. We were going on our honeymoon and wanted someone who really, deeply understood cats....when I saw the photo of her cat in a harness on a leash, I knew she was "the one". I immediately sent to my hubby and we agreed to book her right away. Sairah was very thorough, thoughtful, and kept us in the loop with every visit. She even vacuumed our cat, because he loves that. He was obviously comfortable with her during her pre-visit and she just gave us so much peace of mind with our sweet 19 year old baby. I would 200% recommend her and will absolutely ask her to watch him again. When our flight was delayed to the next day, she even put my meal kit delivery in the fridge....just above and beyond. 10 out of 5 stars!!!! Thank you, Sairah, for being sooo amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about Sairah. From the moment we first met her I could tell how experienced and caring she is. She definitely knows her stuff. Was Very professional and reliable. I was so happy that she provided daily updates with pictures and a synopsis of how our beloved kitty was doing. From the moment she arrived she would immediately text us and let us know she was at our home. Would send at least 5-6 pictures which really put my husband and I at ease since it was our first time using Mowtel and we have never really trusted anyone to watch our cat before. She even would water our plants for us which was so nice! If you live in South Orange county she would be a perfect fit! I cannot wait to book her for my next vacation as I know my kitty will definitely be in good hands and I can actually enjoy my time away and not worry.

This was my first time with Meowtel and having someone come in to the house and I was really happy! Sairah was amazing. She met me and I could tell she is very responsible and really loves cats and could take care of my cat who has simple needs but can be skitty at times. I really enjoyed the updates and she showed up as she said she would and provided way more photos than I thought I would get. The notes on my cat's demeanor and eating were really helpful. I got an email every time there was an update on the website and that worked great. I would highly recommend using Sairah and Meowtel - I think their prices are very reasonable and they are using caring people for an important job.

Sairah was amazing! I am so so appreciative for her attention to detail in her communication to me and all the awesome photos she sent of my fur babies. She came over for a meet and greet beforehand and I could tell by how my cats responded to her that they would be taken care of and I would be at ease while away from them. I highly recommend her!

My cat clearly enjoyed spending time with Sairah so much, that when I returned home just as Sairah was making her final visit, the cat walked off and refused to see me for at least an hour! Sairah was so good about sending daily updates and photos and I booked her again before I returned from my last trip.
