I also recently said goodbye to... Hi there! To say I’m a cat person is a bit of an understatement. I grew up surrounded by cats, and for years, I dedicated my time to fostering cats and kittens, helping them feel safe, loved, and socialized. Because of my fostering background, I know just how much patience and unique care different personalities need—from energetic kittens to shy or reserved adults.
I also recently said goodbye to my beloved tuxedo cat of 17.5 years. That beautiful, nearly two-decade friendship gave me a deep understanding of the unique bond we share with our senior kitties, as well as the meticulous care, routines, and quiet affection they require in their golden years. Whether your cat needs high-energy playtime or just a comforting, respectful presence while you're away, I will treat them like royalty.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I remember how hard it was to leave my cat for long periods of time because of how much he loved being around people, so my favorite part of cat sitting is being able to enrich their time and make their day a little happier.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I had a senior cat named Boots, he was my bestie for 17.5 years. He was a kitten in the first litter I ever fostered and I’m so grateful to have had him in my life as long as I did.
What is your favorite cat toy?
My favorite cat toys are anything on a string, but I appreciate any household item a cat can find joy in. Cardboard box? Incredible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

North Hollywood cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $37.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
