I always double check that doors and windows are secure, keep an eye out for anything out of place, and follow the home instructions you provide closely. With the cats, I make sure their environment is safe, free of hazards, and that they have access to food, water, and a clean litter box. I also provide regular updates and photos so you know your fur baby and home are in good hands.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! I know holidays are one of the busiest times when cat parents need extra help, so I do my best to make myself available. I recommend booking early to make sure I can secure the dates, but I’m definitely open to holiday visits.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Patience is key. I give shy or anxious cats plenty of space and let them come to me at their own pace. I’ll sit quietly nearby, speak softly, and offer my hand for them to sniff when they’re ready. I never force interaction instead, I let trust build slowly. Over time, most cats warm up when they realize I respect their boundaries.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
