Emma was fantastic with my two cats while I was away. One of my cats has CKD and requires medication and extra attention around eating and hydration, and I felt completely confident that he was in great hands. When my other cat developed a skin issue while I was away, Emma even helped coordinate with my vet so I could get an appointment scheduled despite being overseas. She sent thoughtful updates and photos every day, which gave me so much peace of mind. My cats are both very shy, and it was wonderful to see them warm up to her. She also helped with things like bringing in mail and packages and keeping everything tidy. I came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats and would absolutely book with her again!

Emma gave my cat exceptional care! He had a cast on his leg and needed medication for his asthma. She fed him , gave him his meds, cleaned his litter box and the cage he was in , and most importantly cuddled him ! Every day I got updates and adorable photos. Emma was simply amazing! 😻

Emma went above and beyond in taking care of our kitty. Shortly before we were scheduled to leave, our cat got sick and had to see the vet. We considered canceling our trip, but Emma assured us that she could dispense any medication and comfort our poor baby. While we were gone, Emma kept excellent communication.
