I’m Camille, a lifelong animal lover who recently moved to the Bay Area for work and am very much missing the daily company of furry friends. I grew up with animals and have two cats back home that I adore and miss constantly: JJ, a chunky lap cat who lives for cuddles (and her treat-dispensing ball), and Bella, a tiny, playful girl who loves laser pointers and a good brushing session. Getting to spend time with cats here makes being away from them a little easier!
I’m offering both drop-in visits and overnight care, and I’m happy to administer medications if needed. I grew up caring for my own pets (2 cats and a horse) and have also fostered kittens, which gave me experience with bottle feeding, medications, and handling shy or more sensitive cats. I’ve even cared for a blind foster cat for a month, so I’m very comfortable catering to each cat’s unique needs and personality.
I’m a recent UCLA graduate (bioengineering) and former teaching assistant, so responsibility, communication, and attention to detail are second nature to me. I understand how much trust it takes to have someone care for your pet and enter your home, so I take that seriously. You can expect thoughtful updates, photos, and a sitter who follows your unique routine so your cat feels safe and comfortable while you’re away.
Whether your cat is cuddly like JJ, playful like Bella, or more on the shy side, I’m happy to meet them where they are and make sure they’re well cared for and loved. Spending time with animals is one of the best parts of my week, and I treat every cat like they’re my own.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I started pet sitting for neighbors in high school and have continued helping friends and clients over the years. I also grew up in a home that fostered kittens and rescue cats a few times a year, so I’m very comfortable with a mix of personalities and needs — from playful kittens to shy or more sensitive cats. Through fostering I’ve handled bottle feeding, medications, and even cared for a blind cat for a month, so I’m confident providing attentive, reliable care.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Honestly, I miss having animals around. I recently moved to the Bay Area and can’t have pets in my current apartment, so cat sitting is the perfect way for me to still spend time with them. I love getting to know each cat’s personality through playtime, brushing, or just being a calm presence in the home. It’s really special to build trust with them and make sure they feel comfortable while their owner is away.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes! I have two cats back home that I adore and miss a lot. JJ is a chunky, very affectionate lap cat who loves her treat ball and heated cat bed. She recently learned how to open doors so she will cuddle with you whether you like it or not! Bella is tiny, a little shy at first, but super playful and loving once she warms up (she lives for the laser pointer and brushing). She’s one of those cats where it really means something if she trusts you enough to sit on your lap and is the biggest lover once you get to know her. They’re very different personalities, which is probably why I’m so comfortable adjusting to whatever each cat needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
