"From the time I booked Arden, she was totally professional. She responded to messages quickly, set up a meet and greet at a mutually convenient time, spent almost 45 mins with us, tried to meet our two kitties to establish rapport right away. She paid attention to all the feeding and care instructions. And agreed upon how best to care for our cats. She was patient with our shy cat and managed to get her to come out from her hiding place. Arden sent us multiple pictures and videos of every visit and we could see how comfortable the cats were in her presence. She was quick to connect with us when our community gate had issues. She handled the whole visit very well and I highly recommend her services. We are going to book Arden again soon."

Nicole stayed overnight to monitor him closely for her own peace of mind, and checked on him numerous times over a couple days, although she was only scheduled for 1 drop in visit a day. I felt completely confident and comfortable leaving my babies in her care, and she 100% cares for your babies like they’re her own!"
