We had an incredible time having Cyra watch our kittens. She was quick to respond and attentive to our questions throughout the entire time she watched them. I know I speak for both my wife and I when I say we were nervous at first because it was the first time away from our kittens and for such a long time. All of our stress and anxiety melted away when we knew Cyra was watching them for us. There were daily updates and pictures for us the whole time we were gone. Cyra would be a welcome addition to anyone looking to have a caring attentive and prompt sitter. Thank you so much Cyra from all of us. Jiji and Jude both loved their time with Cyra! She was attentive and loving with both our fur babies. We received a daily report from Cyra and pictures/videos of their shenanigans. I would definitely book with Cyra again for our next trip out of town.

Cyra was recommended to us by our usual cat sitter in the area and she was great! We were gone for 12 days (the longest away from home) and she made us feel very comfortable leaving our two cats. We have used Cyra to babysit our cats forlong vacations twice now and I just have to say she is an amazing human being and a wonderful cat sitter!! She loves on my kitties just like i do when I’m home so my kitties are not only getting fed while I’m gone but they’re getting love too. Cyra took amazing care of our 4 cats!! She even got my scaredy cat Belle to come out from under the bed!! A first!! All the cats were well fed and had lots of attention from Cyra. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
