"If I could give 10 stars, I would! My cat family all loved Jason and he went above and beyond in every way over the Christmas holiday. I'm a nervous cat mom, this was a long trip, and I have a slightly complicated pride (5 cats that have to exist in three separate zones, with some challenging personalities, one very old and frail, etc). Jason just managed everything with ease, sent wonderful videos of each kitty, each day, plus detailed reports. And one day we had an electrical issue at the house and Jason capably was reset what was needed to get things working again. As a wonderful bonus, everything was cleaner than when we left! So grateful that I could relax and enjoy my trip knowing my sweet kitties were in the best hands."

When he noticed a change in one of the litter boxes, he informed us right away and monitored the situation. We have four cats, three of which are all seniors with different medical conditions who need to be all given 4+ different medications and 4+ different specialty food. Sarscha is everything you're looking for in a cat sitter--a genuine cat/animal lover who would treat your cats like the beloved babies they are, easily adaptable to your cats' routine and needs, can administer various medication methods, communicative, punctual, prompt, friendly, cleanly, and respectful of your space even without explicit request. We understand that it's impossible to expect someone else to take care of your feline babies exactly the way you do. But we were able to trust Sarscha completely with our cats.
