"This was the first time I arranged for a cat sitter. I used Meowtel because an associate of mine does side work as sitter through it. Making reservations was very easy, although there was what I consider a significant bug in the system, where I began the reservation on the MLK Day holiday, which incurred an increased holiday rate, but it was also applied for the entire week. As it turned out, I had to push my schedule out a week and avoided that rate entirely. That said, rescheduling was no hassle, either. Brandy was great. She always messaged me when she arrived and then sent pictures and videos of my boy and her playing with him. This was the first time in my one boy’s life that I was away for more than a couple of nights. Having a reliable person come in to feed and scoop for them eliminated the anxiety of being gone for an extended period."

She was punctual, detail oriented and thorough when coming to meet the cats. I felt very comfortable leaving the cats in her care. She sent great pictures and updates on the cats everyday, which really helped ease my mind when traveling. She was patient with my shy kitties and they completely opened with her and were super happy even while we were gone. My cats like to play hide and seek with treats, and I mentioned it in passing but didn’t include it in their routine. However, she went above and beyond to do that activity with them, which really shows how much she cares about the cats she’s taking care of. I also have a lizard (who I didn’t include in the pet sitting) but she still sent me picture updates of him as well. Sairah is truly an excellent pet sitter and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the area."
