We needed to find someone to take care of our 2 boys for 3 weeks while we were on our honeymoon. We were nervous because Helena was new and it was the longest we’ve ever left them. After day 3, I stopped worrying, knew that it was a great fit, and could relax! Helena is kind, patient and professional. she provided great updates and our kitties warmed up to her immediately. Even our floof, who is normally nervous around people, would greet her at the door and purr. She went above and beyond when there was a crazy rainstorm and water leaked through our doors/windows, providing her own towels and drying our own linens that got wet. Usually our (spoiled) cats are visibly upset with us when we return after leaving them for more than a week but this time when we returned they were happy and resumed their normal routine. I’m so happy we found Helena (and so are our cats) and will definitely book again for future trips!!

Helena did an amazing job watching my two boys while my husband and I were away for 2.5 weeks. I received very detailed updates each day with multiple pictures. She really has a special bond with my cats including one who usually is not okay with other people. She's very patient and kind with the cats that need space and very attentive to the ones who need attention. Leaving my boys for so long was really hard but knowing I had absolutely no reason to stress over their wellbeing because they were in such good hands made it possible for me to fully enjoy my vacation.

Helena came over before our first visit to make sure she knew the details and meet the cats, and sent timely updates during the stay. she brought some new toys to play with my rambunctious young cat and spent extra time with her. I’ve tried Helena for the first time. It was easy to set up “meet and great”. She paid attention to the instructions and was very charming and attentive with our cats.
