I just started cat sitting. I also sit for dogs on another app.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have Apollo, he’s a sweet gray tabby. His sister Temi , who is a shy Siamese. And Henryk, she’s a long haired orange & fluffy princess. My cats are so spoiled. They love treat puzzles & supervised outdoor enrichment. The siblings, Apollo & Temi came from a shelter. Henryk, was a stray that my son took in. He moved, so we kept her with us. It’s a bit of a circus, but I love them all so much. Cats are the best furry friends.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I know how sneaky cats can be. I’m vigilant about safety.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am usually available during the holidays. We often do holidays on different dates so we can include friends & family.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

My Siamese is my anxious cat, so I’m good with timid/ anxious cats. I follow their lead. Giving them as much space or attention as they are comfortable with. Treats sometimes help. I always ask the pet parents for any tips that may help.

Marcy has been out pet sitter for many years. She is the BEST! She is loving and gentle with all of our pets. We never have to worry about them missing us while we are gone because it's like they get a vacation while with her. She gives them tons of love and treats. It's not uncommon to get daily pictures of our pets. Once we even received a picture with them all sitting with her on the couch while she read them a children's book! They love her!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
