Katelyn’s did an excellent job following our instructions. She was very careful in our home and made sure to lock everything up as instructed. Our vacation got extended twice and she was able & willing to add on the extra days of care. We would definitely hire her in the future to care for our cats.

Katelyne was great! She was very nice and kind, and our two cats were very well taken care of. She was very regular sending messages and photos every day with how the cats were doing. They warmed up to her very nicely for being shy cats. We'll definitely reach out again for future trips.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
