As for my personality, I am introverted but not shy! So I love my alone time but equally love spending it with our cats at home. I love to relax, am caring, empathetic and conscientious of what I do. But, I still have goal-oriented tendencies (type A personality when it comes to things that need to get done)! Friends say I’m a mixture of being the “mother” of the group or just being very “chill” or easy-going so I am flexible (:

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have had experience taking care of cats for 15+ years. From different cat breeds such as Tonkinese, Scottish Fold, Ginger, Tuxedo, and Domestic Longhair.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
My sister and I have eight family cats in total. Their names are Khufu, Honey Dew, Sesame, Onyx, Cosmo, Chai, and Void!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Cats who are more timid and anxious tend to need a lot of patience and space. I find that when I meet a cat with heightened senses, it’s better when I meet them where they want. If they don’t want to interact (such as being pet) I will try to either give them space, try getting them to play or just be around them so they can feel more comfortable and relaxed in my presence. I also give them lots of attention when they want it. If there are multiple cats who have similar personalities, I try to not make them feel left out as well.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
