She was able to administer an asthma inhaler for our asthmatic baby with no issues. We could tell she really cared about our cats so that gave us peace of mind while we were away. Gayle is by far the best cat sitter we've ever had, and we can't believe our luck that we found her! She took care of KitKat for 12 days in a mix of drop-ins and overnights, and she truly went above and beyond in every way. She sent detailed updates every single day with multiple photos, and clearly spent a lot of quality time playing with kitkat (and we could see from the photos and videos that KitKat was loving it!). She also did extras like watering plants and cleaning up, and even texted us to make sure we arrived back safely. This was the first time we'd left our kitty for that long, but with Gayle taking care of her we had no worries at all. She clearly truly loves cats and takes incredible care of them!

This was our first time with a cat sitting service - our sitter backed out last minute. WE were a bit anxious but Gayle eased all our fears. She came over for the meet and greet and we felt like we had made a new friend. The updates and communication were great and we were able to focus on our time with family knowing our kitties and our home were in great hands. Our big orange cat warmed up to Gayle quickly and she was even able to get acquainted with our very shy scared grey tabby cat. When we came home they were happy to see us and very clearly well taken care of. I would 100% recommend Gayle and we will be using her again in the future.

I have never left my senior cat with a stranger to care for her before, so I was a bit of a nervous Nelly using Meowtel for the first time. However, Gayle is so sweet and friendly and put me at ease with her lifetime experience caring for cats. I felt loads more comfortable having my cat be with a "cat person" instead of a dog person through Rover. Gayle made the whole experience as low stress for me as possible (even though I felt like a crazy cat lady with all my detailed instructions and feeding specifications) and she didn't even bat an eye when I added my two newly adopted kittens into the mix! I was out of state and out of the country for the days that Gayle took care of my fur babies and I'm happy to say that everyone was as happy as a clam when I returned. Believe me when I say I had somewhat complicated feeding and medication instructions for these 3 cats and Gayle managed wonderfully. You will know your animals are safe and loved when Gayle is in charge of them! Now I know why she has so many repeat clients. I hope she's willing to take care of my cats if I ever need her help again!

We have been using Gayle to watch our kitties when we go out of town for almost a year now. She is seriously the best and has basically become a little extension of our family. The cats love her, and we are so happy we have someone that not only loves our cats as much as we do but that we can also rely on to show up and properly feed/ medicate, as one of them has special needs. She met the cats beforehand and already knew how to take care of the cats so we had to inform her of very little. Every day she visited them we got updated with how they were doing and pictures which were better than the ones we could get of them.
