Hi there! I'm Megan, a passionate cat enthusiast with over a decade of experience in making feline friends feel loved and secure. My journey with cats began when my family rescued a litter of stray kittens when I was 4 years old and since then, I've cared for cats of all breeds and personalities. My family ended up raising five cats during my childhood, and in my later teenage years and all the way through college, I did a lot of cat sitting for friends, family, and coworkers. This was our first time hiring a pet sitter and Megan exceeded expectations dealing with the complications of feeding our cats (one hides and the other tries to steal his food) and getting them both comfortable enough to greet her and get pets, etc. Her updates and photos were also very detailed and helpful (and cute). Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
