Our little fluffy girls could not have been in better hands, Samantha is a person whose passion is evident, she took care of the kitties, she sent us photos and videos, she was attentive to every detail with the food, the water, the sand, her chuuru… and she even gave us cat tips (now addicted to cat tv haha). Definitely will book her again.

Always provides excellent and timely updates regarding our two cats. This most recent sit, Samantha noticed a pipe leaking in our sink and rapidly removed items and cordoned off the area for us to keep our cats away. Could have ended poorly but instead her rapid and sensible actions ensured our cats were safe until we could have a contractor stop by!

Samantha was so great with our little guy! she was super communicative, always shared photos and updates, and spent time getting to know Vik and play with him daily while we were away. Samantha is a treasure among cat sitters! She is dependable and conscientious, and so caring towards her clients. She is very gentle and attentive with our fur baby, who usually can become stressed and agitated when we’re gone. But Cookie has become so comfortable with Samantha she now will eat Churu treats right from her hand! We appreciate the thorough updates with photos & videos from each visit. It is difficult when we have to be away and leave Cookie at home, but having Samatha makes it easier and less stressful on all of us!

I’ve been lucky enough to have Samantha cat sit for me several times and she always goes above and beyond in her care. My cat is madly in love with her. Samantha is absolutely, unequivocally THE BEST! She has taken wonderful care of our senior (age 15) Honey Bee for over a year now and every time we leave Honey Bee we are more that satisfied--we actually feel a little inadequate as Honey Bee's parents. She plays bird videos for Honey Bee who is deaf and (as Samantha says) needs the extra sensory stimulation. She is very reliable and our Honey Bee a/k/a The Queen has medication twice a day and lots of other special needs--drinking water out of the various sinks in the house, etc. I appreciate this App because it has led us to Samantha.

Samantha is an INCREDIBLE cat sitter! We have two young kittens that we were leaving for the first time, and her excellent communication and thoroughness really put us at ease. She always responds super quickly, and sent us frequent updates, pictures, and videos of very happy fur babies. In our eyes she really went above and beyond and cared for our kittens like they were her own. Our younger boy was sick right before we left, and Samantha gave him his oral medicine and took his temperature at every visit. On top of that, she left our place spotless and had some great kitten-proofing tips (which we really needed!). Basically, we are elated to have found the ideal cat sitter, and I know our kittens are already excited for the next time they get to see her.

I feel I have achieved special status from the gods who through this App has granted me the privilege of having Samantha be the caretaker of my Angel, Honey Bee who is a 15 1/2 year old feline who is both sugar and spice. Samantha loves Honey Bee even on her Salty days. When she gives me her report she tells me how “their” day has gone. She always has at least 5 pics or videos. She is well beyond the top.

Samantha went above and beyond when watching my two senior girls. I told her before I left that the litter robot was malfunctioning. She went out of her way to call the company's customer service and was able to get it completely reset. I couldn't be happier with the help she provided!

Samantha was incredible checking in on my cat while I was away. Not only is she super friendly, but she's accommodating in every way. She made sure to ask if there was any preferred times to stop by, if she should hold onto my keys or return them to the front desk, and even double checked his medication timings since my Meowtel profile was out of date! Every day she stopped by she sent a friendly update along with a bunch of videos to help me see how things were going. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Samantha provided us with lots of videos and pictures while we were away which helped set our minds at ease. She was super responsive when we had trouble accessing the app messages and sent them via text instead per our request. Most importantly, our cat was really well cared for - lots of interactive play time, daily litter scooping and she followed the feeding schedule perfectly. Moreover, she left the house completely clean including vacuuming and washing the bed sheets (we did overnight stays). We will definitely book again with Samantha!

I typically have friends offer to watch my boys when I leave town but I prefer leaving them in the hands of a trained professional like Samantha so they can be spoiled the way they deseve, its like making them a reservation for the Ritz instead of the Hyatt 😹 They had the time of their lives on their staycation! Sam is a true cat lover and incredible caretaker. My kitty can be shy around strangers but he was clearly drawn to Samantha’s calming energy. She sent lots of video as and pictures, asked all the right questions and made us feel so comfortable leaving our kitty with her for the week. it was our first time leaving him since his brother died and we were worried. Sam made us feel at ease and our kitty seemed so relaxed and confident when we came home. we are grateful for Sam!

Our boys love it when Samantha visits! They have a little separation anxiety, so having a friendly face checking in eases them whenever we are out of town. Samantha was so wonderful patient and thorough with Tiger who was shy at first. She cleaned bowls regularly, kept her litter box tidy, have lots of cuddles and followed instructions perfectly. Super responsive and I always received videos and photos of updates of their time hanging out!

Samantha is an absolutely incredible caretaker, cat whisperer and overall animal lover! She is so sweet, patient and thoughtful with our very particular little kitty guy. She always goes above and beyond to ensure that our cat has everything he needs, including sweeping up any rogue litter, playing Cat TV and filling up his favorite water fountain. Samantha is amazing! We were traveling afar and she still made us feel very close to our animals every day, through videos, updates, and lots of pictures! She goes above and beyond in taking care of our pets, even giving one of our kitty cats her chemo medicine which is not easy. She cleaned up their messes on our carpets and bedding and took great care of our apartment. Samantha is the best!!! We highly recommend her.

Samantha has been my go-to kitty caretaker for - wow - twelve reservations so far and sets the bar for excellence so high that it's hard to consider booking anyone else! Punctual, communicative, has clear adoration for our babies, speaks cat fluently (our timid boy, Jean-Luc, is a puddle in her arms), and goes above and beyond to make sure our little ones are happy, loved, fed, and comfortable. Worrying about our cats while travelling is something that I've not felt since we've started having Samantha take care of them! I highly recommend her services.

Samatha was great. She's watched our cats twice now and everything went well. She was very friendly with them and interested in getting to know them, sent plenty of pictures and updates. We'll rest easy on any future trips knowing our cats are in good hands!

Samantha is at the top of the cat sitter list as far as I am concerned and from other reviews I have read about Samantha. She is far more than a "cat sitter." She is a surrogate mom to Honey Bee while I am gone. I think her extraordinary achievements are due to her work ethic, her conscientiousness, her intelligence and her innate goodness and kindness as a person. She has sent multiple videos to me in my absence showing me how Honey Bee feels about her, including ones of Honey Bee wrapping herself around Samantha's legs. The fact that she has four cats of her own is also a plus. I unreservedly recommend her to take care of your loved ones.
