I had such a great experience with Sanny and will definitely be asking her to cat-sit again. I was a little nervous having a stranger check in on my cat, Kiba, because he is very territorial and has had problems adjusting to new people in the past. Sanny listened to my concerns, was very careful with Kiba, and everything went great. I felt so much better about going out of town knowing that Kiba was in good hands. The photos, videos, and texts Sanny sent clearly reflected the good care she was providing and how she was getting to know him. Excellent experience!

Sanny took absolutely amazing care of our three little ones. Not only did she do an excellent job taking care of them and taking pictures--she also identified and then helped us navigate through a health scare, going above and beyond to make sure our kittens were all right and talking things through with health professionals. And all through the holidays, when a lot of care facilities were shut down. Absolutely unreserved recommendation.

Sanny was fantastic. She took really good care of our cats, sending us regular updates. She was able to provide subcutaneous fluids as well as give multiple medications to our cats. This is our seventh or eighth time having Sanny babysit our sweet boys Boba and Neutra. Love her care, attention to detail and updates to let us know how they're doing and what they're up to—her pictures are fantastic; and they're always in great hands with her. Leaves our house clean, our cats happy, and takes our packages in for us whenever she spies them too which is a nice bonus in San Francisco where packages sometimes go missing.

We just had Sanny look after our two older cats for the third time. She does a fantastic job and I can relax while out of town knowing that our cats are well cared for. Sanny was a fantastic sitter who went above and beyond + was loved loved by my 2 cats! I came home to my boys healthy and with super fluffy fur (thanks to her brushing regularly)! She was super communicative throughout my 11-day trip. Even when PetLibro’s automatic wet food feeder had a glitch, she did an extra visit to fix/reconnect the feeder for me within the same day! PetLibro’s app can be hard to deal with even for me, but she handled the tech issue perfectly. For every visit, her pictures of my cats were ALL golden wallpaper-worthy shots. Thank you Sanny!
